How to apply for Camden County Senior & Disabled Services — Dialysis and Medical Rides (Camden County) in New Jersey
Camden County Division of Senior & Disabled Services (shared services with South Jersey Transportation Authority).
Who it's for
Camden County gives rides to residents age 60 and over who can walk on their own, cannot drive, and have no other way to get there. Dialysis Transportation gives curb-to-curb rides to dialysis. Medical Rides take people with a low income and little support to doctor's appointments. People who get MLTSS (Medicaid long-term care) services cannot use this program. Call 856-858-3220 or email seniors@camdencounty.com to ask about a ride.
You must be able to walk on your own, be unable to drive, and have no other way to travel. Medical rides are for people with a low income. Not available to people receiving MLTSS services.
