How to apply for Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) for people 65+, blind, or disabled (OSIPM)

Who it's for

The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon's Medicaid program. It covers medical, dental, prescription and behavioral health care at no cost to members. People who are 65 or older, blind, or have a disability can qualify through the OSIPM medical program. The 2026 income standard is $994 a month for one person or $1,491 for a couple, and resources must be $2,000 or less for one person or $3,000 for a couple. People who get SSI are assumed eligible. People with Medicare usually get OHP with Limited Drug, which works alongside Medicare. To apply, older adults and people with disabilities should call the ADRC at 1-855-673-2372, or apply online at ONE.Oregon.gov.
