Who it's for

Chester CAO delivers PA LIHEAP (Cash + Crisis + Crisis Interface) for Chester County residents. Same eligibility as the state program (~150% FPL). Apply through the Chester CAO office, at COMPASS (compass.state.pa.us), or by calling 610-466-1000. Seniors age 60+ may also apply through Chester AAA (610-344-6350) for priority processing. Application window typically November-April.
