Dauphin CAO delivers PA LIHEAP (Cash + Crisis + Crisis Interface) for Dauphin County residents. Same eligibility as the state program (~150% FPL). Apply through the Dauphin CAO office, at COMPASS (compass.state.pa.us), or by calling 717-783-3094. Seniors age 60+ may also apply through Dauphin AAA (717-780-6130) for priority processing.
