Monroe CAO delivers PA LIHEAP (Cash + Crisis + Crisis Interface) for Monroe County residents. Same eligibility as the state program (~150% FPL). Apply through the Monroe CAO office, at COMPASS (compass.state.pa.us), or by calling 570-426-6800. Seniors age 60+ may also apply through Monroe AAA (570-420-3735) for priority processing. Application window typically November-April.
