York County Assistance Office (CAO), part of Pennsylvania DHS — administers PA LIHEAP and other public assistance programs for York County residents
Who it's for
York CAO delivers PA LIHEAP (Cash + Crisis + Crisis Interface) for York County residents. Same eligibility as the state program (~150% FPL). Apply through the York CAO office, at COMPASS (compass.state.pa.us), or by calling 717-771-1100. Seniors age 60+ may also apply through York AAA (717-771-9610) for priority processing.
