Covers physician services, lab/x-ray, three prescriptions per month, and inpatient/outpatient hospital services through participating providers. PRIMARY HOSPITAL: Garza County Health Clinic (Post); Covenant Health Lubbock for hospital care. For complex/specialty care, UMC Lubbock is the regional tertiary referral hospital.
