Covers physician services, lab/x-ray, three prescriptions per month, and inpatient/outpatient hospital services through participating providers. PRIMARY HOSPITAL: Littlefield Hospital, Lamb Healthcare Center; UMC Lubbock for tertiary. For complex/specialty care, UMC Lubbock is the regional tertiary referral hospital.
