NOTE: Tyler County (rural Piney Woods) is DISTINCT from Smith County's Tyler city — confusing TX naming.. CHI St. Luke's Health Memorial (Lufkin) is the largest regional hospital network — also operates community hospitals in Livingston, Crockett, and San Augustine.
