Who it's for

Washington's Apple Health covers adults who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled with limited income and assets. For 2026, monthly income must be $994 or less for one person or $1,491 for a couple, with countable resources of $2,000 or less for one person or $3,000 for a couple. People over the income limit may still qualify by spending down on medical expenses (the medically needy pathway).
