How to apply for Apple Health for Aged, Blind, or Disabled (Classic Medicaid)

Who it's for
Washington's Apple Health covers adults who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled with limited income and assets. For 2026, monthly income must be $994 or less for one person or $1,491 for a couple, with countable resources of $2,000 or less for one person or $3,000 for a couple. People over the income limit may still qualify by spending down on medical expenses (the medically needy pathway). Apply online at Washington Connection, by phone at 1-877-501-2233, or at a Community Services Office.
