How to apply for NECALG Community Dental Program — Morgan County in Colorado
Northeastern Colorado Association of Local Governments (NECALG), Fort Morgan — the Community Action Agency and Area Agency on Aging for Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma counties.
Who it's for
NECALG's Community Dental Program helps people with lower incomes pay for needed dental care. Once your treatment is pre-approved, the program can pay up to $2,500 per person (or $2,750 per household) toward dental services with participating providers. Household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Download the application from NECALG's website and email it in, or call 970-867-9409 ext. 1001.
All dental work must be pre-approved before you get it, and only participating providers can be used. Screened at 200% of the one-person federal poverty guideline ($31,920 in 2026); the limit is higher for larger households, so couples above this amount should still check. Adults 60+ with income up to 250% of poverty may also qualify for Colorado's separate Dental Health Care Program for Low-Income Seniors.
