What helpers can and can't do

Two roles, clear boundaries — enforced by the system, not the honor system.

Caregivers can

See the shared profile's answers and results. Move application statuses, fill in details, and use the denial helper. See the renewal calendar and get their own copy of reminder emails (when the owner turns that on). Add documents to the vault (when allowed) and see documents for that profile.

Nobody but the owner can

Change or delete the profile's answers. Run a new check. Delete tracked applications or documents. Invite or remove other helpers. See billing, other profiles, or the activity history. Removing a helper takes effect immediately.

  • Read-only helpers can look at everything a caregiver can see (minus money answers unless allowed), but can't change anything.

Not legal or financial advice. The agency makes the final eligibility decision.
