Keep the benefits you have

Getting approved is half the job. Most benefits require regular renewal, and life changes — income, assets, moves — can affect eligibility if they go unreported.

"Keep this benefit" warnings

Approved applications show a "Keep this benefit" section listing what could put that benefit at risk — income limits with the actual figures, resource limits, residency rules — each with a suggested step and its official source. Limits change annually, so confirm current figures with the agency.

The renewal calendar

  1. Open Dashboard → Renewal Calendar to see every tracked renewal and appeal deadline for the next 12 months.
  2. Use "Add all to my calendar (.ics)" to put them on a phone or computer calendar with built-in alarms.
  3. Reminder emails go out 60, 30, and 7 days before each renewal.
  4. When a renewal is done, select "Mark renewed" on the application — the clock rolls forward to the next cycle.
