Track a benefit application

With an account, every application can be tracked from first paperwork to renewal — so nothing lives only in memory or on a sticky note.

  1. From any program card on saved results, select "Track this application".
  2. Open Dashboard → Benefit Applications to see the board.
  3. Update the status as things progress — Applied, Awaiting docs, Approved, and so on — using the dropdown on each card.
  4. When approved, use "Approved — active": that starts the renewal reminder clock automatically.

"Heard back from the agency yet?"

When an application has been sitting at Applied for three weeks, a gentle prompt appears asking whether the agency answered. One click records approved or denied — and approval optionally asks what the benefit actually pays per month, which stays private to the household.
