How to apply for SolTrans ADA Paratransit (Solano County)

Solano County Transit (SolTrans) — eligibility coordinated by Solano Mobility

Who it's for

SolTrans ADA Paratransit is a shared, origin-to-destination bus service by advance appointment for people with disabilities that prevent them from using regular SolTrans fixed-route service for some or all trips. It serves Vallejo, Benicia, and the SolTrans fixed-route service area. Eligibility is functional, not age-based: you must be certified, case-by-case, as unable to board a regular SolTrans bus, access a SolTrans stop, or otherwise navigate the fixed-route system due to a disabling condition as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. To reserve an eligibility appointment, call Solano Mobility at 1-707-541-7184; you'll complete an application form that will be reviewed to determine your eligibility. For general questions, call Solano Mobility's call center at 1-800-535-6883 (Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.). Solano Mobility's office is at 311 Sacramento Street, Vallejo, CA 94590.

SolTrans ADA Paratransit eligibility is functional (disability that prevents independent use of regular SolTrans fixed-route service) and is determined case-by-case by Solano Mobility after a written application — the scan cannot perform that assessment. Start by calling 1-707-541-7184 to reserve an eligibility appointment.
