How to apply for St. Charles Urban County Affordable Rental Program (elderly, disabled and veteran renters) in Missouri
St. Charles County Community Development (CDBG) — administered by Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service
Who it's for
The Affordable Rental Program buys and fixes up homes and rents them at affordable rates to income-qualified residents who are elderly, disabled or veterans. It is paid for with federal Community Development Block Grant funds and run by Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service. It serves unincorporated St. Charles County and the cities of St. Charles, St. Peters, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Weldon Spring, Augusta, St. Paul and Wentzville. To be placed in the program, call 2-1-1 (Coordinated Entry). For questions, call Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service at 636-441-1302.
Units go to income-qualified residents who are elderly, disabled or veterans, and the page publishes no income figures or age line, so this check cannot confirm you qualify. Only residents of unincorporated St. Charles County and the participating cities are eligible, placement goes through 2-1-1 Coordinated Entry, and units are limited.
