How to apply for Glenn Ride Dial-A-Ride / ADA Paratransit in California
Glenn Transit Service (Glenn Ride)
Who it's for
Glenn Transit's Dial-A-Ride provides curb-to-curb rides for Glenn County seniors age 60 and older, riders with disabilities, and low-income residents who cannot use the Glenn Ride bus. Service covers a 1.5-mile radius around the Orland and Willows city halls plus select mobile home parks on State Routes 32 and 162; personal care attendants ride free. Book through Paratransit Services at (530) 934-6700 (toll-free 1-888-800-7433) and ask for the current fare. For a program brochure, contact Glenn County Planning and Community Development Services at (530) 934-6540.
ADA paratransit eligibility is a functional determination made by Glenn Transit Service (Glenn Ride) through an application and assessment — this check cannot make this determination for you. Age alone does not guarantee eligibility; the standard is whether a disability prevents use of the fixed-route bus. Apply directly with the agency.
