Report a client
When a caregiver who found you through the directory becomes a client, you can record it in a few seconds. It is optional, private to you, and it makes your reports mean something in dollars.
- Open "Listing dashboard" and scroll to "Performance".
- Find the line "Did a caregiver become a client?" (or, once you have recorded one, "[N] clients reported from the directory") and select "Report a client".
- "Rough value (optional, USD)": your best guess of what the client is worth to your business, as a whole number with no dollar sign.
- "Note (optional)": a short reminder for your own records, up to 500 characters, such as where they came from.
- Select "Save". A "Thanks — recorded" line confirms it.
Where it shows up
The count appears on the performance panel as "[N] clients reported from the directory" and in the monthly report, with the total value you entered. Nothing about the client is shared with anyone.
Recording clients is the only way the reports can show you a return on the plan. Even rough numbers are useful when you review the plan each year.
Paid placement never changes anyone's eligibility results. Read the advertising policy.
