What you can and can't see about visitors
You see counts. You never see people. This protects the seniors and caregivers who use the site, and it is a promise made to them in plain view.
What you get
How many times your listing was shown, how many profile views it got, and how many website, phone, directions and email clicks it earned, by period and by county. Sponsors get impressions, clicks and click rate per article.
What you never get
Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any way to contact a visitor. Nothing from anyone's eligibility check: not their age, income, programs or results. No way to see which visitor clicked.
A caregiver who wants to reach you does so the way they always have: by calling, emailing or visiting your website from your listing.
