Who can list, and who can't

The directory lists businesses that serve seniors and their families: in-home care, elder law, geriatric care management, fiduciaries, hospice, senior move managers and more. Every new listing is reviewed before it goes live.

Not accepted

Medicare Advantage brokers, hearing-aid sales, lead generators, debt-relief services, reverse-mortgage brokers and life-insurance sales. These are kept out to protect the trust of the people the site serves. A form submitted in one of these categories is declined.

The four resource standards

Every listed business and sponsor, free or paid, agrees not to: claim or imply affiliation with or endorsement by any government agency; promise guaranteed benefits, guaranteed approval or specific benefit amounts; misstate prices, credentials, licenses or service areas; or use a listing or sponsorship to collect or resell visitor data.

Reports, suspensions and removals

Every listing profile has a "Report this listing" link. Reports go to a human reviewer and are checked against the business's claims and official sources. Visitors can also email support@discoverseniorbenefits.com.

A listing that breaks the standards is suspended or removed. Fees follow the refund terms in the Terms of Service.

If your listing is suspended, the Verification page reads "Suspended — contact support". Email support@discoverseniorbenefits.com to sort it out.

Paid placement never changes anyone's eligibility results. Read the advertising policy.
