Manage profiles for different people

A profile holds one person's answers. Caregivers managing benefits for a parent keep everything separated — results, applications, documents, and helpers are all per-profile.

  1. Open Dashboard → Profiles and select "Add profile".
  2. Give it a name that makes sense at a glance — "Mom", "Dad", "self".
  3. Use "Run check" on any profile to run an eligibility check with its answers.
  4. Use "Edit" whenever something changes — income, address, household — and re-run the check.
