Who it's for

Gold Coast Transit District (GCTD) runs the public bus system in western Ventura County — Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura, and the unincorporated areas between them. GCTD offers a tiered senior fare: riders 65 to 74 pay the reduced senior rate ($1.00 single ride, $2.00 day pass, $32.00 31-day pass for unlimited rides), and riders 75 and older ride FREE on all GCTD service. Veterans and ADA-certified riders qualify for the same reduced rates. To pay the reduced fare you must present a GCTD Reduced Fare photo ID, a California DMV ID, a Medicare card, or an ADA ID; GCTD Reduced Fare ID cards are issued at the Customer Service Center at the Oxnard Transit Center.
