How to apply for Nevada Care Connection caregiver support

Who it's for

Nevada Care Connection is Nevada's Aging and Disability Resource Center network, run with ADSD. Its Resource Centers give free one-on-one help to older adults, people with disabilities, and the family members who care for them. Caregiver Support helps family caregivers connect to a toolbox of services, such as home-based care, and supports them in their caregiver role. Staff can also help you explore care options, plan for long-term care, and find veterans services. There are Resource Centers around the state. Contact the one that serves your county through the Nevada Care Connection website.

Help connecting to services is free. Some services, such as respite, depend on local funding and may have waiting lists or their own rules. The Resource Center helps you find what fits.
