Update your card or find an invoice

Payments are handled by Stripe, a payment company used by millions of businesses. Your card number is never stored on DiscoverSeniorBenefits.

  1. Sign in and open "Billing".
  2. Under "Directory listing", select "Update card and invoices". For sponsorships, select "Manage billing & payment method".
  3. A secure Stripe page opens. Change the card, see every invoice, and download receipts there.
  4. Close the Stripe page when you are done. Nothing else is needed.

Good to know

  • Receipts for each payment come from Stripe by email.
  • "Next renewal" on the Billing page is the date the card is charged next.
  • If your listing and sponsorships were set up before they shared one account, older payments appear under "Older billing records" with their own "Open" button.
