Choose a plan
There are three plans. Basic is free and shows the essentials. Verified and Featured are monthly subscriptions that add a full profile, more counties and better placement. Every plan is month to month.
The plans at a glance
A Basic listing shows the business name, category, phone number, street address and the first 200 characters of the description, in one county. It appears in the Services directory only.
Verified adds the full profile (logo, full description, website, email, hours, services, cities, languages and social links), a spot in the "Local resources" box after eligibility checks, placement above Basic listings, and performance reports.
Featured adds everything in Verified plus the Featured badge, a wide banner image, the only spot in the "Local resources" box on county benefit pages, the weekly spotlight, blog article footers, unlimited counties or nationwide reach, and enhanced analytics.

Which plan fits
- Start with Basic if you want to be findable at no cost and decide later.
- Pick Verified if you serve a few counties and want the badge and the placement after eligibility checks.
- Pick Featured if you serve many counties, or the whole country by phone or online, and want the top spot and the county benefit pages.
- You can change plans at any time from the Billing page.
What the Verified Resource badge needs
The badge needs two things: an active Verified or Featured plan, and an approved verification. Payment alone places the listing above Basic listings but shows no badge until a reviewer approves the verification.
A reviewer checks the business name, address, phone, website, service area, the person authorized to act for the business, and any license or state registration where one applies. Verification is renewed every year.
The badge means the details were checked. It is not an endorsement and does not rate the quality of the service.
