Where your listing appears, plan by plan

Each plan earns a set of places on the site. This page shows every one of them, with a picture, so you can see what the listing will look like before you choose. The three businesses in the pictures are samples, not real listings.

Basic (free)

A Basic listing shows the business name, category, phone number, street address and a short description, in one county. It appears in three places.

Your profile page. Basic shows the essentials; paid plans add the logo, website, hours and the full description.

Verified Local Resource

Verified adds the full profile, the "Verified Resource" badge, placement above every Basic listing, and one new place: the box people see right after an eligibility check.

Services directory. The Verified card carries the logo and the badge and sits above every Basic card.

Featured Resource

Featured adds the "Featured" badge, a wide card with a banner image, the top spot in every list, and four more places that no other plan gets.

What no plan buys

Two things that are not for sale

The "Sponsored" slot at the top of a directory county page is arranged by support for a county or category. It cannot be bought from the Billing page.

The "Local senior resources" tiles on a county benefit page count listings by category and link to the directory. They never name a business.

No plan, payment or badge ever changes which benefits show up in anyone's results.

Paid placement never changes anyone's eligibility results. Read the advertising policy.
