Discounts are based on household size and income compared with the Federal Poverty Level. Hickory County (Hermitage) has no hospital; CMH in Bolivar is ~25 mi south. Discount schedule: up to 90% off at 100% FPL, 1-89% at 101-249% FPL, none at 250% FPL or above. Approved patients 'will not be required to pay more than what is generally billed to insurance payers.'
