It serves adults 60 and over who live in the two counties — nutrition, in-home care, legal help, ombudsman, food boxes, material aid, screening, and transportation. It also does specialty medical trips to places like Pueblo and Colorado Springs with two weeks' notice. Call 719-845-1127, Monday through Friday, at least 24 hours ahead.
