CountyMt. Grant General Hospital in Hawthorne has a Financial Assistance Policy that gives eligible patients partly or fully discounted emergency or medically necessary care at the hospital, the Lefa L. Seran nursing home, and the Mt. Grant Rural Health Clinic. Discounts are based on income and Federal Poverty Level guidelines, and uninsured patients who pay their statement in full get a 50% discount. Payment plans are available.
