Caregiver Support Services gives respite vouchers, with no income limit, to caregivers of loved ones 55 and older who need help with daily activities like bathing or dressing. CountyCleveland Area Hospital, a critical access hospital in Cleveland, offers financial assistance based on household income plus a share of assets, measured against the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
