CountyAscension St. John Jane Phillips in Bartlesville is covered by the Ascension St. John financial assistance policy. Help is based on household income compared to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). If income is at or below 250% of the FPL, the charges you owe are written off 100%, except for a copay of $100.00 per emergency or inpatient visit and $25.00 per outpatient visit. CountyCityRide is the City of Bartlesville's public transit system. It gives curb-to-curb rides on a demand-response basis, and all rides are open to the public. The fare is $3.
