Income Support in Orange County
General Relief (Orange County)
County · CaliforniaGeneral Relief (GR) is Orange County's last-resort cash aid for an indigent adult with no dependent children who is ineligible for federal or state cash aid. You must be an Orange County resident and a U.S. citizen or documented non-citizen, and meet income and property limits.

The County does not publish the exact income/property limits or grant amount on its public page; confirm them and apply by calling 1-800-281-9799 (TTY 714-834-8500).
