CountyGrand Gateway's Area Agency on Aging serves older adults in Delaware County and six other northeast Oklahoma counties. It helps people 60 and older live on their own at home. Services include information and assistance, meals (nutrition), in-home services, family caregiver support, legal services, the long-term care ombudsman program, help with Medicare Part D enrollment, transportation, and health and wellness programs. Hospital Financial Assistance (INTEGRIS Health Grove Hospital) — Delaware
CountyINTEGRIS Health Grove Hospital is part of INTEGRIS Health, which offers financial assistance for medically necessary care. Patients with family incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for a 100% charity care write-off of the part of the bill they owe, and incomes from 201% to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for discounted rates on a sliding scale. To qualify, fill out a financial assistance application and send the documents asked for to show financial need. For help with an application, call the INTEGRIS Health Business Office at 855-409-5458, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Pelivan Transit senior fares — Delaware
CountyPelivan Transit is the public rural transit service for Delaware County and nearby northeast Oklahoma counties. It offers senior fares for riders 65 and older. A one-way senior ride within Delaware County limits costs $1.00; trips to other counties cost more. Rides can go to medical visits, errands and social events. Call 855-735-4826 to schedule a ride, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
