The system FAP page's covered-facility list has not yet been updated to name Smithfield (it lists Riverside Regional, Walter Reed, Shore Memorial, Doctors' Williamsburg, Behavioral Health). FAP: uninsured at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level receive a 100 percent write-off.
